See TOPAS injection molded on new MBM machine
at K 2010
Injection molding machinery supplier MBM (Booth 14/C60) will process TOPAS® COC
resins at K2010 in Dusseldorf, Germany, as MBM introduces their new full electrical
model Unimax FE50. This new model is optimized for molding of medical and cosmetic
containers in clean room environments.
TOPAS Advanced Polymers (Booth 8a/C28) is the producer of TOPAS® cyclic olefin
copolymers (COC) which offer high purity, excellent transparency, very low water
uptake, high moisture & alcohol barrier, and high resistance to acids and bases.
TOPAS® COC has broad global regulatory clearances for food and medical applications,
including Pharmacopoeia (US, EU, JP) as primary packaging for medicine.
